We just purchased our family ski cabin in Whistler with help from Erin. She was amazing!! She talked to us about what we thought we wanted and then she sent us to view a few. Nothing really fit the bill and then she called us about this log cabin that had just been listed. It was perfect and with her excellent skills in the real estate world we made the plunge and have been very happy that we did. It has become a family home away from home. Erin kept us up to date, she made excellent suggestions regarding the actual offer, the inspection, and for local people to help get it into shape. We would highly recommend her, and on top of all that she is a great person.

As a first time homebuyer, I was clueless as to the necessary steps to purchasing a home. I found myself ready to invest in a rental property and began exploring that idea. A friend suggested that I contact Erin Stiel do see what my options were. It was the best decision I could have made.

Erin listened to what I was interested in, selected several viable options, was patient with me when I decided to back off purchasing for a bit and then modified the options when a friend and I decided to purchase a unit together. As it turned out, the unit we wanted was about to be heard in front of the courts and we had very little time to inspect the place, look at the comparable sales and to decide on our sealed envelope bid and to have it delivered to court in Prince George.

Again, Erin did all the leg work and offered us excellent advice so that we were the winning bid. But, her service didn’t stop there, she went over and above and obtained an inspection report so that we could address deficiencies and even had her husband help us with a leaky roof months after the sale was complete.

I have since recommend Erin to a couple of friends who are in the market to either sell or purchase and would do so again in a heart beat. She’s the absolute best :).
